To provide the best possible service, we ask all customers to respect the following terms and policies.

When making a booking with Skinner Detailing we require some basic customer information, including home address or billing address, phone number, and email address, for the purpose of invoice creation and payment processing upon completion of services. Payment is accepted via a portable card reader or bank transfer and the invoice will be sent following completion of the detail.
Service Location Requirements
Skinner Detailing is a mobile detailing service that operates at your home or workplace. For insurance and safety reasons, we can only work in suitable locations. We will not carry out work on vehicles parked on main roads, heavily used roads, narrow or tight streets, or in pay-and-display car parks.
We also require access to a safe electrical power source for our equipment also an outside water supply within 30 meters of the working area that your detail is taking place. If you don't have a water supply please notify us when enquiring/making a booking as we carry a water tank within the van and would need to make sure it's filled.
If your chosen location does not meet these requirements, please contact us before booking. We will do our best to arrange an alternative solution.
Vehicle Condition and Additional Charges
If your vehicle interior is heavily soiled (including, but not limited to, mud, pet hair, mould, vomit, or blood), additional charges may apply. Please inform us in advance and, where possible, provide photos so we can give an accurate estimate when making the booking with us. If we are not made aware of these conditions beforehand, the final price will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

Each vehicle is different and therefore we cannot guarantee timings on completion. An approximate time will be given, however, this can change depending on the condition of the vehicle.
CANCELLATION FEE – All bookings are final, unless given at least 24 hours notice or a 50% fee will be charged. Not turning up or cancelling on the day will require a 100% charge for the booking.

Please be mindful of space. In order for us to operate we must be able to park our vehicle; next to, behind or in front of your vehicle. We will also need enough space to open all of the car doors fully, so that we can access the car comfortably and safely.

​Engine bay and internal vehicle pressure washing is undertaken at the customer’s discretion. All vehicles are treated using the same cautious procedures; however, customers who choose these services acknowledge responsibility for any electrical or mechanical issues that may occur, although such incidents are unlikely.

Skinner Detailing cannot be held responsible for weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. While every effort is made to honour all bookings, in the unlikely event that an appointment must be rescheduled, customers will be rebooked within 14 days.
